She was so tactful and kind with my octogenarian parents. They had purchased the home in 1958, and it had never been updated. The house had original formica and coppertone appliances in the kitchen, pinky brown ntiles and a wall space heater in one bathroom. My parents were so enthusiastic about their home that they offered to throw in their limed oak piano and 1958 console TV to whoever purchased the home.
